What if my order gets lost in the mail?

Insurance is not included with your order but can be added on for an extra cost. Insurance will ensure that if your package doesn't arrive or is damaged, the USPS will refund the full amount you paid.

Without purchasing insurance no refund will be given for packages lost in shipping. An order from this store has never been lost before, so while unlikely, it is much better to be safe than sorry!
